TM & Partners has assisted KF Fastigheter in connection with that Magnolia Bostad becomes a joint venture partner in Upplands-Bro – the parties are going to develop a new residential area

KF Fastigheter has sold 50 percent of the shares in Bro Mälarstrand Bostad AB (JV-company) to Magnolia Bostad. In Bro Mälarstrand, the JV‑company plans to build approximately 950 residentials of varying character with terrace houses, detached houses and multi-family residentials. The forms of the residentials will be tenancies, co-operative apartments and detached houses.
