TM & Partners legal advisor to CombinedX AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of Attentec AB

TM & Partners has advised CombinedX AB (publ) in connection with the groups acquisition of all shares in Attentec AB. Attentec is a digitalization company which specializes in IoT-solutions and is active on the Swedish and Norwegian market.
