TM & Partners has assisted the founders of Tutus Data AB in connection with the sale of the company to C-Resiliens AB.
Tutus Data is a market leader within approved encryption and cyber security products for secure communications. C-Resiliens is a cyber security group founded in 2022 with Formica Capital and Nicklas Storåkers as majority owners. C-Resiliens’ acquisition of Tutus Data is made as part of a new investment in digital innovations, investments and collaboration with focus on vital societal functions and critical infrastructure in Sweden and the EU.
