We have assisted SEB’s fund Domestica V
We have assisted SEB’s fund Domestica V in connection with the indirect acquisition of three properties in Örebro municipality for mainly residential purposes, including a separate parking garage, from Sveaviken Bostad AB. The properties and the parking garage were acquired indirectly through three different limited companies. The properties together comprise 274 apartments with a lettable area of 11,650 sqm, of which 98 sqm is a commercial premises, as well as the separate parking garage with 161 spaces.
