Törngren Magnell has assisted Granen Fastighetsutveckling in the sale of 72 grocery properties, located in 68 municipalities in southern Sweden and a with a lettable floor area of 78,987 square metres, to the newly established property company Tre Konor Investment AB.
The portfolio is well diversified with large tenants in central locations. The largest tenants are Systembolaget, ICA as well as the government and municipality.
Törngren Magnell’s team consisted of Jens Haneklint, Cecilia Rudels and Philip Reznik.
