We advise Swedish and foreign listed companies and other companies such as private equity and venture capital companies, investment banks and other stakeholders within the capital markets practice. Our clients also consist of investment funds and securities companies.
Our team advice clients on all kinds of capital raisings and capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings (IPO), private placements, capital raisings (issuance of shares, bonds, stock options and convertible loans), public takeovers, mergers, restructurings, de-mergers and incentive programs for management and/or employees.
We also advice clients on corporate governance related matters, general meetings, investor relations and disclosure requirements, redemption and buy-back programs and regulatory issues regarding regulation and permit matters for investment funds and securities companies and establishment of alternative investment fund structures.
On engagements concerning e.g. bond issuances our capital markets lawyers work closely with our banking and finance practice in order to ensure that all aspects of the transactions are considered.
