Törngren Magnell has assisted Arwidsro in the sale of the property Karlstad Björnen 12

Törngren Magnell has assisted Arwidsro Fastigheter AB in the sale of the limited partnership Fastighetsbolaget Drottninggatan i Karlstad Kommanditbolag, and indirectly the property Karlstad Björnen 12, from two companies within the Arwidsro group to Estea’s wholly owned subsidiary and alternative investment fund, Estea Sverigefastigheter 3 AB. The property is located in Karlstad (Sweden) and consists of several commercial lease premises. Please find out more here.
