Our real estate team recognised as a leading practice in terms of business volume

In Fastighetssverige’s annual list of leading real estate law firms in terms of business volume, our team is in third place with a business volume of SEK 69 billion, of which SEK 31 billion relate to real estate financing. This is an increase of underlying business volume with SEK 17 billion compared to the previous year which was a very strong transaction year.

Humlegården’s large purchase of Landbyska Verket 8 och 9 in Stockholm CBD and KF Fastigheter’s JV with Balder in Kungens Kurva, South of Stockholm are mentioned as notable transactions where we participated.
