TM & Partners advisor in connection with reverse acquisition of Arcane Crypto on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

TM & Partners has acted as legal advisor to Arcane Crypto AS in connection with the reverse acquisition through which Vertical Ventures AB (publ) acquired all shares in the Norwegian company Arcane Crypto AS, where the consideration consisted of newly issued shares in Vertical Ventures. In connection with the reverse acquisition, Vertical Ventures has changed its company name to Arcane Crypto AB and its operations to Arcane Crypto’s operations. Trading with Arcane Crypto AB’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market commenced on 5 th of February 2021.

Arcane Crypto develops and invests in projects, focusing on bitcoin and digital assets. Arcane Crypto’s aim is to become a leading global powerhouse of crypto through scale up of current businesses, new investments in cutting edge projects and M&A.
