TM & Partners has advised Zaver in connection with a SEK 123 million equity financing round

TM & Partners has advised Zaver in connection with a SEK 123 million equity financing round. The financing was led by the institutional investors Öhman, one of the Nordic region’s largest asset managers, and Neudi & Co, alongside participation from certain existing investors.

Zaver is a Swedish fintech company specializing in buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) and size-agnostic payment solutions for direct payments of small and large purchases such as mobility, furniture, watches, EV charging, and home electronics. The capital will be used to accelerate Zaver’s expansion in existing and new European markets, and to continue developing new payment products with a focus on solving complex risk assessment problems.
