TM & Partners has assisted Citycon in a sale of three shopping centres in Stockholm

TM & Partners has assisted Citycon in the sale of three shopping centres in Tumba, Högdalen and Fruängen in Stockholm to Niam. The total area comprises approx. 57,000 sq. m. and the purchase price is approx. SEK 1,500 million.
