TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro in its acquisition of the retail property Skurup Akka 4 from Tam Retail

TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro in its acquisition of the property Skurup Akka 4, located in Skurups handelsplats, from TAM Retail AB. TAM Retail will build a Willys store on the property with a planned opening in late 2021 and the transaction will be consummated in connection with the opening.
