Törngren Magnell has assisted Intea in the lease regarding a new police station to the Swedish Police Authority in Kristianstad

Törngren Magnell has assisted Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in the lease regarding a new police station to the Swedish Police Authority in Kristianstad. The lease agreement includes a lettable area corresponding to a total of 18,600 sqm, with a lease value of SEK 43,700,000. The work on a zoning plan is currently in process and construction regarding the police station is expected to take place in conjunction with a legally binding zoning plan.

The lease consists of the largest office lease of the year so far, according to information from Fastighetsvärlden. Please find out more regarding the lease here.
