Our real estate team recognised as a leading practice in terms of business volume

For the second time this year, our real estate team’s successful 2018/2019 has been acknowledged by the Swedish real estate press as a leading practice. We are in second place in terms of business volume in Fastighetsvärlden’s list of real estate law firms, with a volume of SEK 55 billion. This is an increase of underlying business volume with almost SEK 30 billion compared to the previous year. Further, we are in third place in Fastighetssverige’s list of firms involved in the largest transactions per employee.
