Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX Technology (former ClimateWell  AB) with an acquisition by the way of an issue in kind, followed by an IPO. On Monday May 16, 2016 the CEO Karl Bohman and the founder Göran Bolin rang the bell at Nasdaq Stockholm and thereby opened the trading of the stock on First North.

SaltX Technology is a Swedish innovation company which has developed a patented and groundbreaking technology by which energy may be stored in salt, in order to subsequently be extracted in the form of heat or cooling.

The Törngren Magnell team included Johan Wigh and Sandra Broneus, partners, and Cecilia Bergman, Christoffer Kenling and Viktor Olsson, associates.
