Törngren Magnell advised in the sale of Vobling to Bublar Group

Törngren Magnell has advised the founders of Vobling AB in connection with the sale of the company to Bublar Group AB, listed on NGM Nordic MTF.

Vobling AB is the leading Nordic solutions company within AR/VR for the B2B market and offers services within 3D, visualization and game engines for clients all over the world. The company has since 2015 offered services, products and contents to a large number of Swedish and international companies including SAAB, Tobii, Merck and SJ. Through the acquisition Bublar Group, together with Vobling, becomes the largest listed AR/VR company in the Nordic region.
