Törngren Magnell has advised Youcal AB in the process to become a payment institution

TM & Partners has advised Youcal AB with its application to the Sweden’s financial supervisory authority (Swe: Finansinspektionen) for a license to conduct business as a payment institution. The company provides internet-based booking and e-commerce services under the brand Youcal and through boka.se and youcal.com. Customer are by using the service able to book services and activities from companies connected to Youcal through their smartphone, tablet (iOS and Android) or computer. The license was granted on November 27, 2018.
