Törngren Magnell has advised Norvestor VI L.P. in connection with the sale of Robust AB to Novoferm

Robust is a market-leading security and fire-resistant steel door manufacturer operating in Sweden, Norway and the UK. Robust specialty is high performance security doors for apartments as well as stable fire doors for homes, industry and public environments. The manufacture of steel doors takes place in the factories located in Nykroppa and Stoke-on-Trent. Robust has approximately 175 employees with a turnover of approximately SEK 310 million.
