Norvestor has divested Nomor to ServiceMaster

Törngren Magnell has asssisted Norvestor VI L.P. in connection with the sale of Nomor Holding AB to ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. for a purchase price of appr. USD 200 million.

Nomor is the second largest pest control company in Sweden and Norway operating nationwide within three service areas; Pest control, Food safety and Home & House. Customers include among other insurance companies, property owners, municipalities and the HoReCa industry.

Törngren Magnell advised Norvestor in connection with its acquisition of Nomor in May 2014 and supported Nomor in connection with its nine strategic acquisitions in Norway and Sweden. During Norvestor’s ownership sales have increased from appr. SEK 104 million to appr. SEK 500 million.
