TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro with a land acquisition in Norrtälje

TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro Samhällsfastigheter in its acquisition of land for development of residential premises. Arwidsro plans to build approximately 130 rental apartments with planned start for construction by year end 2020. The seller was Arkensvik, a joint venture between Arwidsro and Index Residence AB.
