TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia Bostad in the formation of a new extensive joint venture with Heimstaden Bostad and Derome

TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia Bostad in the process of entering into agreements with Heimstaden Bostad regarding a joint development of residential buildings in the area close to Hede Station in Kungsbacka. The project comprises approximately 1,600 apartments with a combined area of approximately 100,000 square meters. Derome is the seller. In connection with the aforementioned transaction, Magnolia Bostad AB, Heimstaden AB and Derome have entered into a joint venture to develop and construct around 1,500 single-family homes on land with existing and new building rights. The value of the projects upon completion is estimated to SEK several billion.
