TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro in the purchase of Orminge Entré

TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro Fastighets AB in the purchase of parts of Orminge Entré, and indirectly properties/land area in Orminge (Nacka municipality), from Gotska Fastighets AB. In accordance with the acquisition, Arwidsro will, together with Gotska Fastighets AB, within the area develop the new landmark, Orminge Entré, in the centrum of Orminge. The development project includes construction of residential apartments, grocery stores and parking spaces.
