TM & Partners has advised Wicket Gaming AB in connection with its listing on Spotlight Stock Market

TM & Partners has advised Wicket Gaming AB in connection with the listing of the company´s shares on Spotlight Stock Market that commenced on 22 July 2021 and the issue of shares of approximately MSEK 21 that was carried out in connection with the listing, which was subscribed for 346 percent.

Wicket Gaming AB is a Swedish mobile game development company founded in 2015. The company has since then been working exclusively on developing its gaming platform and the game Cricket Manager with focus on the second biggest sport in the world. The company has a big passion for the industry of F2P games, especially in the sports genre, and the goal is to extend the gaming portfolio to include other sports manager games.

TM & Partners´ team consisted mainly of Sandra Broneus (Partner, Capital Markets), Hanna Hillgren (Associate, Capital Markets), Karolina Kjellberg (Associate, Tech) and Cecilia Bergman (Senior Associate, Employment).
