TM & Partners has assisted Samfastigheter i Norden in the sale of a portfolio of LSS properties and creation of a JV with Estea, with focus on social infrastructure properties in attractive locations in Sweden. The leasable area for the initial portfolio of 14 properties amounts to 8,297 sq.m. with an underlying property value of MSEK 350. For more information, please see pressrelease
