TM & Partners has advised CyberInsights AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Paliscope AB

CyberInsights AB is a Swedish Management Consulting firm specialized in Cyber Security and currently supporting many of the largest Enterprises in the Nordics. Paliscope develops a leading software suite for National Security customers supporting their need for advanced analytics.

The number of cyber attacks and organized crimes utilization of online channels is soaring. With the acquisition the companies are creating a player with a very interesting, combined offering of Cyber Security services and Intelligence analysis software.
