TM & Partners has assisted Serendipity’s property company, S. Property Group, in connection with a purchase of an urban development project in Brobyholm, in the municipality of Strängnäs, from Åkers Krutbruk Fastigheter, and sale of parts of the project to Obos, Aros Bostad and Vernum. The urban development project includes 100,000 sq. m. where 500 residential units, preschool premises, elderly homes and a visitor centre will be located.
