We have assisted Nordr in their acquisition of two residential development projects in Forsåker

We have assisted Nordr Sverige AB in their acquisition of two residential development projects in Mölndal from MölnDala Fastighets AB.

The two projects, comprising around 200 potential residential units and additional commercial premises, are part of the emerging new district Forsåker. The properties are situated in the vicinity of Mölndalsbro, from where you can reach downtown Gothenburg in around eight minutes by train.
