TM & Partners has assisted Slussgården in connection with the negotiation and conclusion of a commercial lease agreement with SOS Alarm

TM & Partners has assisted Slussgården AB in connection with the conclusion of a commercial lease agreement with the tenant SOS Alarm, who is relocating its headquarters to Slussgården’s property Stockholm Saturnus 20.

The new lease, with estimated commencement date during the second quarter of 2027, will cover a significantly larger part of the building on the property, just over 9,300 sqm. The lease agreement has been entered into for an initial lease term of 15 years.
