TM & Partners has assisted Athena Fastigheter in connection with the property acquisition and lease of 5,800 square meters in Enköping to Jensen Education

TM & Partners has assisted Athena Fastigheter in connection with the signing of a lease agreement with Jensen Education for a new, modern primary school to be built in Storskogen in Enköping. The school will accommodate approximately 600 students. TM & Partners has also advised Athena Fastigheter in connection with the acquisition of the property in question from Skanska. Construction is planned to start in fall 2025 with opening for students in August 2027. The school will cover approximately 5,800 square meters, including classrooms and special classrooms, canteen, administrative areas and a full-size sports hall.
