TM & Partners has assisted Peab in connection with the sale of a residential property in Borås

TM & Partners has assisted Peab in connection with the sale of 81 rental apartments in the Sergeanten block in Regementsstaden, Borås, to Hökerum Fastigheter. 

Regementsstaden has been developed by Peab Bostad over several years and constitutes a new residential district just outside Borås city center. The project will comprise a total of 1,000 – 1,200 residential units, of which approximately 500 have already been completed and occupied.
