TM & Partners has advised Vetted Assets in connection with the acquisition of Criss Bellini and a rights issue

TM & Partners has advised Vetted Assets AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of 70 percent of the shares in Criss Bellini AB and an oversubscribed rights issue of shares, which partially financed the acquisition. Following the exercise of an over-allotment option, the company will receive proceeds of approximately SEK 22.4 million before transaction costs.

Vetted Assets is an active investment company that acquires and develops founder-led direct-to-consumer brands with proven product–market fit, high margins and international scalability. The company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
