TM & Partners’ client wins in the Swedish Supreme Court

The Swedish Supreme Court has delivered a judgement on 30 July 2021 in a case in which TM & Partners, through counsels Bill Kronqvist and Karolina Kjellberg, successfully represented the plaintiff. A case concerned whether a consultant is entitled to exclusivity according to the agreement that was entered into subsequently to a procurement in accordance with Swedish procurement law.  They agrees with the claims made by TM & Partners and ruled that the agreement meant an exclusivity. The Sweidsh Supreme Court also ruled that it would constitute a breach of contract for the buyer to use another consultant for the services the agreement pertains to.
