TM & Partners has advised Revelop on the acquisition of a property in central Uppsala

TM & Partners has advised Revelop on the acquisition of the property Dragarbrunn 7:6 from Andersson Company Fastighetsförvaltning Holding AB. The property is located on Svartbäcksgatan in central Uppsala and comprises 2,400 sqm of lettable area with residential and commercial premises. Revelop plans to develop the property by leasing vacant spaces and improving its technical and environmental performance, with the aim of contributing to a vibrant and attractive Svartbäcksgatan.

The acquisition further strengthens Revelop’s presence in Uppsala, one of the company’s prioritized sub-markets.
