TM & Partners has assisted IF Metall on the acquisition of two properties in Vasastan

TM & Partners has assisted IF Metall, through its subsidiary IF Metall Fastighets AB, on the acquisition of two properties in Vasastan in Stockholm from Klara Norra Fastigheter (the trade union Unionen’s real estate company). The acquisitions comprise 88 residential apartments and 14 commercial premises.
