TM & Partners has assisted EC European Capital Markets RTO AB in connection with its listing

TM & Partners has assisted EC European Capital Markets RTO 1 AB (“EC RTO 1”) in connection with its listing on Spotlight Stock Market. The first day of trading was 10 September 2026.

EC RTO 1 is a newly formed RTO company established to complete a reverse takeover (RTO) transaction – a listing method in which a privately held company acquires an already listed entity and thereby gains access to the Swedish public capital market without a traditional IPO.

EC RTO 1 has been established by its principal shareholder and sponsor, EC European Capital Markets SE, a Munich-based capital markets advisory firm whose team has been active in listings and capital raises since 2004 and has participated in more than 100 capital markets transactions across several European markets.
