Adrian Della Morte Pålstam joins TM & Partners as new Partner in the Banking & Finance team
Adrian Della Morte Pålstam joins TM & Partners as a new Partner in August 2026. Adrian primarily advises on banking and finance matters and will lead an initiative to further strengthen TM & Partners’ offering within high-yield bonds and debt capital markets (DCM).
Adrian joins TM & Partners from Gernandt & Danielsson and has extensive experience advising on capital raisings through debt issuances across a broad range of sectors. He regularly advises both arrangers and issuers on domestic and international bond issuances and also has experience advising in connection with restructurings of debt issuers.
The recruitment marks an important step in the continued development of TM & Partners’ transactional and financing offering. With Adrian joining the firm, TM & Partners strengthens its capabilities in an area where demand for sophisticated, commercially focused and market-oriented legal advice continues to grow.
