TM & Partners has advised Saxlund in connection with a rights issue

TM & Partners has advised Saxlund Group AB with a rights issue of shares and warrants (“Units”) of approximately MSEK 85. Saxlund is an environmental technology group that develops, manufactures and services equipment and plants for environmentally-friendly and resource-efficient energy production.

TM & Partners acted as legal advisor to Saxlund Group AB in connection with the rights issue. TM & Partners’ team consisted of:
