TM & Partners has advised the founders of Colive AB in connection with a private placement to Wallenstam and KfS

Törngren Magnell has advised the founders of Colive AB in connection with a private placement to Wallenstam and Konsumentföreningen Stockholm med omnejd ekonomisk förening (KfS). Due to the investment, Wallenstam becomes one of the company’s largest owner and holds 25 percent of the shares.

Colive AB operates business within house sharing and offers so called “Co-living” with related services. The company was founded in 2018 and has launched two co-living hubs in Stockholm with about ten ongoing projects across the country.
