Törngren Magnell has advised management in connection with Accent Equity 2017’s acquisition of Scandinavian Cosmetics Group

Törngren Magnell has advised management of Scandinavian Cosmetics Group (SCG) in connection with the acquisition of SCG by Accent Equity 2017 from Aurelius Group. SCG is a leading Nordic brand management company within high-end make up, fragrances, skin care, hair care and beauty tools. In 2018, the SCG group had net sales in excess of SEK 1.0 billion.

Törngren Magnell’s team consisted of Vaiva Eriksson, Lisa Ericsson and Anna Bjurell.
