Panel discussion with Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS) and the German Arbitration Institute Initiative for Young Arbitrators (DIS40)

On Monday we, together with Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS) and the German Arbitration Institute Initiative for Young Arbitrators (DIS40), hosted a panel discussion and drinks at our office. Managing Partner, Kristoffer Stråth, was listed as one of the panelists but was replaced with short notice by Daniel Waerme from Gernandt & Danielsson due to an accident.

The topic of the panel discussion was “Less is more, or is more best?” – a discussion on the evolution of institutional rules. In the picture (from the right) we see panelists Gustav Flecke-Giammarco, Seven Summits Arbitration (Munich), Dr. Sven Lange, Allen & Overy (Frankfurt), Daniel Waerme, Gernandt & Danielsson, Eric Johnson, Cederquist, and moderator Alexander Foerster, Mannheimer Swartling.

The event attracted a large turnout and the discussion between the well-prepared panelists was highly appreciated. Many thanks to all participants!
