Törngren Magnell has acted as local legal counsel to Thomas Cook Group

Törngren Magnell has acted as local legal counsel to Thomas Cook Group plc, one of the world’s leading leisure travel groups, in connection with its offering of €750,000,000 senior unsecured notes due 2022. The notes will bear an annual interest of 6.25% and will mature 2022. Törngren Magnell’s team consisted of Sara Göthlin and Ola Wallman.
