Törngren Magnell has advised H&H Group AB, Sweden’s leading advisors in corporate communication, in connection with its acquisition of five communication agencies, Intellecta Corporate, Hilanders, Bysted Tomorrow and U.N. Reel, from Intellecta AB (publ.) and strengthen its position in the public sector, social medias and mobile media as well as a new office in Malmö and local presence in Shanghai.

Comprend, Springtime, Involve, Jung Relations, Creo Media Group and Consilio are also part of H&H Group AB.
