Törngren Magnell has advised H&H Group in connection with its acquisition of BB Communications Group

Törngren Magnell has advised H&H Group AB, Sweden’s leading advisors in corporate communication, in connection with its acquisition of BB Communications Group from its majority shareholders Joachim Berntzon and Hans Bylund and the minority shareholders. BB Communications Group consist of four agencies and works with both their own customers as well as fully integrated assignments within the group – the advertising agency BerntzonBylund, the PR-agency Mindmakers, the social media agency Socialminds and the event agency Wonderland.

Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, Comprend, Intellecta, Jung, Creo, Springtime, Hilanders, Tomorrow, Identx, Unreel, Consilio, Bysted and Savvy are also part of the H&H Group AB.
