Törngren Magnell has advised Flexion Mobile Plc in connection with an IPO on Nasdaq First North

Törngren Magnell has as project manager and legal advisor advised Flexion Mobile Plc on an IPO. The company’s shares have obtained admission to trading on Nasdaq First North, which was commenced on Wednesday 13 June 2018.

Flexion is a distribution platform for Android-games. Flexion offers game developers distribution in several channels such as Amazon and Samsung as well as several local app stores.

Törngren Magnell’s team consisted of Sandra Broneus (Partner), Sebastian Hellesnes(Associate) and Jenny Strandberg (Associate).
