TM & Partners has advised Cavandium in connection with acquisition from Arlandastad and the formation of a joint venture

TM & Partners has advised Cavandium in connection with Arlandastad Group’s divestment of 125 000 sq.m. land to an underlying property value of MSEK 522. Cavandium and Arlandastad Group have established a joint venture for the development of a business park under the name F60. In connection to this, TM & Partners has advised Cavandium in Swiss Life Asset Managers’ investment in the Cavandium subsidiary acquiring 50 per cent of the shares in the joint venture company. The parties have agreed on an option for the joint venture company to acquire an additional 40,000 sq.m. of land in connection to the F60 area.
