TM & Partners has assisted CombinedX in connection with several acquisitions

TM & Partners has assisted CombinedX AB (publ) and its subsidiaries CombinedX Professional Services AB and Netgain AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in LOCA Företagspartner AB (“Loca”) and Redway Sverige AB (“Redway”) as well as 30 per cent of the shares in Max21 AB (“Max21”).

Loca employs specialist consultants within the area of governance risk & compliance (GRC). Loca was acquired by CombinedX subsidiary Netgain AB.

Redway employs business consultants working, amongst other things, with procurement consulting within the telecom industry. Redway was acquired by the CombinedX group’s parent company CombinedX AB (publ).

Max21 are specialists within systems applications and products (SAP) with a focus on logistics. CombinedX Professional Services AB acquired 30 per cent of Max21 with a right to acquire the remaining shares in the company on two future occasions.
