TM & Partners has advised Plint in connection with the acquisition of all shares in KM Studio AB.

Plint is a Swedish linguistics and media tech company which specialises in translation and subtitling within the media industry. Plint delivers its products to a plethora of bigger companies such as Netflix, Volvo and IKEA. KM Studio offers dubbing within the same industry and these will now unify under the same roof.
