TM & Partners has assisted Nordic Public Properties AB in connection with the indirect sale of two commercial properties for preschool in Nacka municipality and Haninge municipality respectively. The tenant of the premises is Norlandia Förskolor AB, which rents approx. 2,200 square meters of lettable space on long term lease agreements. The buyer in the transaction was SPP Fastigheter.
