TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in their acquisition of two residential development projects in Stockholm

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in their acquisition of two residential development projects in Örnsberg, Stockholm, comprising around 145 new residential units, from Genova Property Group. The two properties, Örnsberg 2 and Instrumentet 2, are located in a popular area with excellent communications. For both properties, new zoning plans are expected to be approved before the end of 2026.
