TM & Partners legal advisor to Svenska Spel in contemplated property sale in Stockholm CBD

TM & Partners, with Safa Mahmoudi as responsible partner, has been assigned as the legal advisor to Svenska Spel in its contemplated sale of its property in Stockholm CBD where Casino Cosmopol has been operating.

 The property, Hasseln 1, comprises approximately 5,900 sq.m. and Casino Cosmopol has been located in the premises since 2003. The contemplated sale marks the start of a new phase for a spectacular building in Stockholm CBD.
